If your hair is wavy or curly, water is truly your best friend to avoid frizz with your natural texture, especially in the dry state of Colorado. Apply your products on WET hair, and continue wetting it down if it starts to dry during product application! What is your coffee/drink order? My area of specialty is Integrative massage, which means I can take everything I know about massage and perfectly tailor a session to your goals. I take techniques from Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports, Craniosacral, and more in one given session, depending on your needs. What tip should everyone know? How to breathe three-dimensionally! This means breathing through the sides and back of your ribs, and expanding your breath through your belly. What is your coffee/drink order? My drink order is a Decaf latte or a Sweet Chai tea latte.
